About
Gourav Gupta is an entrepreneur, mentor and career coach whose own story is the strongest argument for what techcadd teaches. He paid for his engineering degree by driving an auto, and went on to build an organisation from the ground up — from putting up its first banners himself to the network of centres it runs today.
He has built the institute around skill-based education: helping students find what they are good at and giving them the practical experience that turns it into a career. His belief is simple — your circumstances may shape your beginning, but your determination shapes your future.

Built techcadd from nothing — putting up its first flex banners himself, running its offline branding and meeting students face to face to tell them what the institute offered.

Money was tight and an engineering degree was not cheap. Gourav drove an auto to pay his way through it, studying between fares — and learned early that where you start does not decide where you finish.

techcadd began without a marketing budget. He installed flex banners with his own hands, ran the offline branding himself and went out to talk to students directly, one college and one conversation at a time.
