Weeks one and two are spent on importing and preparing models and setting wcs, stock and fixtures, before anything else gets layered on. The programme then builds through building tool libraries, feeds and speeds from cutter data, holders and reach, facing, contour and pocket and adaptive and dynamic clearing, each stage assuming the last one stuck. Along the way you work hands-on in Mastercam, Fusion 360, SolidWorks and G-code, the exact stack our trainers use on paid client projects, not a simplified teaching version.
Every session is practical rather than lecture-first — you build, a trainer reviews it, and you correct it before the next class. The full track runs 2 – 3 months out of our Chandigarh centre, in batches small enough for that kind of attention. Each module ends in something you have built and a trainer has reviewed, so you finish with a portfolio, an industry certificate and — on the six-month and nine-month formats — an internship letter, aimed at CAM Programmer, CNC Programmer and Manufacturing Engineer roles.
