Overview

About this programme

Manual G- and M-code part programs for CNC lathes and milling machines, written line by line.

The early stretch covers machine axes and coordinate systems and absolute and incremental programming, so nothing later depends on guesswork. From there you move through linear and circular interpolation, spindle, coolant and tool change codes, modal and non-modal codes, facing and turning cycles and grooving and threading cycles, in the order a working project actually needs them. Along the way you work hands-on in G-code, CNC simulator, AutoCAD and DWG TrueView, the same tools used on live client work rather than a classroom-only sandbox.

Sessions are hands-on: you attempt real work under a trainer’s eye and fix what does not land the same week. Batches stay small enough for that, running 1 – 2 months at our Chandigarh centre. Each module ends in something you have built and a trainer has reviewed, so you finish with a portfolio, an industry certificate and — on the six-month and nine-month formats — an internship letter, aimed at CNC Programmer, CNC Operator and VMC/CNC Setter roles.

What you walk away with

  • Stepped Shaft Program — a lathe program for a stepped shaft with grooves and a thread, written using canned cycles
  • Milled Plate Program — a mill program with contouring, a pocket and a drilled bolt pattern using cutter compensation
  • Live Programming Brief — a real part drawing from the techcadd project pipeline, programmed by hand and proved in simulation
  • Subprogram Library — a set of reusable subprograms for repeated features, documented for the shop floor

Roles this leads to

  • CNC Programmer
  • CNC Operator
  • VMC/CNC Setter
  • Production Engineer

Why choose us

Why choose a CNC Programming course in Chandigarh?

The brochure syllabus looks similar everywhere. What differs is who teaches, whether you ever touch real work, and whether anyone picks up the phone after you have paid.

  1. 01/

Build practical skills, not just theory

Every session is hands-on. You attempt real work, a trainer reviews it, and you correct it before the next class.

  2. 02/

    Learn step by step

Modules run in the order a real project needs them, so nothing later depends on guesswork.

  3. 03/

    Create portfolio-worthy projects

You work on genuine client requirements under supervision — the first thing an interviewer asks to see.

  4. 04/

Trainers who still do the work

Your trainer delivers client projects for techcadd's services arm, so examples in class are current.

  5. 05/

    Get guidance while building

Batches stay small enough that a trainer sees your screen daily, with open lab hours outside class.

  6. 06/

    Placement support that persists

CV reviews, mock interviews and drives with our hiring partners continue after the course ends, until you are placed.

Who can join

Who can do a CNC Programming course in Chandigarh?

CNC Programming is built for people at several different starting points, and the batch is deliberately mixed.

  1. 01

    Students after 12th

Join from any stream. You start CNC Programming from fundamentals with no assumed knowledge, and most students run it alongside a degree using the weekday or weekend batch.

  2. 02

    Graduates & final-year students

If you are finishing a degree, CNC Programming is a short route from graduation to a job application with something to show. Enter placement season with project work in hand instead of a blank CV.

  3. 03

    Working professionals

The weekend and evening batches exist for people already earning. Career switchers typically become interview-ready within five to six months without leaving their current job.

  4. 04

    Business owners & freelancers

Owners take CNC Programming to stop outsourcing work they cannot judge for themselves. Freelancers take it to bill clients beyond Chandigarh, since a remote skill is not limited by location.

  5. 05

    Career restarters

A gap on the CV counts for less than work you can point at. The course starts at zero and finishes with a portfolio and a documented internship letter — what an interviewer actually asks about after a break.

  6. 06

    Self-taught learners

If free videos left you with notes but nothing finished, what changes here is a trainer who reviews what you built this week, and a deadline attached to every module.
