From typing numbers into cells to building sheets that calculate, check and summarise themselves.
Weeks one and two are spent on workbooks, sheets, rows and columns and entering and editing data quickly, before anything else gets layered on. The programme then builds through arithmetic formulas and the order of operations, relative and absolute references, sum, average, min, max and count, if, and and or and countif, sumif and their plural versions, each stage assuming the last one stuck. Along the way you work hands-on in MS Excel, Excel, Google Sheets and Windows, the exact stack our trainers use on paid client projects, not a simplified teaching version.
Every session is practical rather than lecture-first — you build, a trainer reviews it, and you correct it before the next class. The full track runs 1 – 2 months out of our Chandigarh centre, in batches small enough for that kind of attention. Each module ends in something you have built and a trainer has reviewed, so you finish with a portfolio, an industry certificate and — on the six-month and nine-month formats — an internship letter, aimed at MIS Assistant, Accounts Assistant and Data Entry Operator roles.
6 modules and 18 topics, taught in the order a real project needs them. Every module is set out in full below.

The MS Excel course in Chandigarh moves stage by stage, and each stage ends in work a trainer has reviewed.
You work through workbooks, sheets, rows and columns, entering and editing data quickly and number, date and currency formats, with lab practice on each before the next module begins.
You work through arithmetic formulas and the order of operations, relative and absolute references and sum, average, min, max and count, with lab practice on each before the next module begins.
You work through if, and and or, countif, sumif and their plural versions and text and date functions, with lab practice on each before the next module begins.
You work through sorting and filtering, excel tables and conditional formatting and freeze panes and data validation lists, with lab practice on each before the next module begins.
You work through vlookup and xlookup basics, introductory pivot tables and subtotals and grouping, with lab practice on each before the next module begins.
You work through column, line and pie charts, page setup and print titles and protecting sheets before sharing, with lab practice on each before the next module begins.
The brochure syllabus looks similar everywhere. What differs is who teaches, whether you ever touch real work, and whether anyone picks up the phone after you have paid.
Every session is hands-on. You attempt real work, a trainer reviews it, and you correct it before the next class.
Modules run in the order a real project needs them, so nothing later depends on guesswork.
You work on genuine client requirements under supervision — the first thing an interviewer asks to see.
Your trainer delivers client projects for techcadd's services arm, so examples in class are current.
Batches stay small enough that a trainer sees your screen daily, with open lab hours outside class.
CV reviews, mock interviews and drives with our hiring partners continue after the course ends, until you are placed.
MS Excel is built for people at several different starting points, and the batch is deliberately mixed.
Join from any stream. You start MS Excel from fundamentals with no assumed knowledge, and most students run it alongside a degree using the weekday or weekend batch.
If you are finishing a degree, MS Excel is a short route from graduation to a job application with something to show. Enter placement season with project work in hand instead of a blank CV.
The weekend and evening batches exist for people already earning. Career switchers typically become interview-ready within five to six months without leaving their current job.
Owners take MS Excel to stop outsourcing work they cannot judge for themselves. Freelancers take it to bill clients beyond Chandigarh, since a remote skill is not limited by location.
A gap on the CV counts for less than work you can point at. The course starts at zero and finishes with a portfolio and a documented internship letter — what an interviewer actually asks about after a break.
If free videos left you with notes but nothing finished, what changes here is a trainer who reviews what you built this week, and a deadline attached to every module.
Everything below is installed on the lab machines and used on live work, not shown once in a slide and forgotten.
Complete the course with a portfolio of live projects and receive an industry-recognised certificate, plus a documented internship letter.
Industry certificate
Verifiable online, issued on completion of your assessment and project.
Internship letter

Live client projects

Doubt-clearing sessions
Scheduled weekly, plus open lab hours whenever a trainer is on the floor.

MS Excel is taught everywhere, which is exactly why the differences matter. These are the things worth asking before you enrol in any programme, including this one.
