Editing video that holds attention — cutting, sound, colour, titles and motion graphics for YouTube, reels and client work.
The early stretch covers timeline & cuts and pacing, so nothing later depends on guesswork. From there you move through dialogue clean-up, music & effects, mixing, audition and colour correction, in the order a working project actually needs them. Along the way you work hands-on in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve and Audition, the same tools used on live client work rather than a classroom-only sandbox.
Sessions are hands-on: you attempt real work under a trainer’s eye and fix what does not land the same week. Batches stay small enough for that, running 2 – 3 months at our Chandigarh centre. Each module ends in something you have built and a trainer has reviewed, so you finish with a portfolio, an industry certificate and — on the six-month and nine-month formats — an internship letter, aimed at Video Editor, Content Creator and Motion Graphics Trainee roles.
5 modules and 20 topics, taught in the order a real project needs them. Every module is set out in full below.

The Video Editing course in Chandigarh moves stage by stage, and each stage ends in work a trainer has reviewed.
You work through timeline & cuts, pacing, transitions and export settings, with lab practice on each before the next module begins.
You work through dialogue clean-up, music & effects, mixing and audition, with lab practice on each before the next module begins.
You work through colour correction, grading, luts and davinci resolve, with lab practice on each before the next module begins.
You work through text animation, after effects basics, lower thirds and templates, with lab practice on each before the next module begins.
You work through youtube videos, reels & shorts, client revisions and showreel, with lab practice on each before the next module begins.
The brochure syllabus looks similar everywhere. What differs is who teaches, whether you ever touch real work, and whether anyone picks up the phone after you have paid.
Every session is hands-on. You attempt real work, a trainer reviews it, and you correct it before the next class.
Modules run in the order a real project needs them, so nothing later depends on guesswork.
You work on genuine client requirements under supervision — the first thing an interviewer asks to see.
Your trainer delivers client projects for techcadd's services arm, so examples in class are current.
Batches stay small enough that a trainer sees your screen daily, with open lab hours outside class.
CV reviews, mock interviews and drives with our hiring partners continue after the course ends, until you are placed.
Video Editing is built for people at several different starting points, and the batch is deliberately mixed.
Join from any stream. You start Video Editing from fundamentals with no assumed knowledge, and most students run it alongside a degree using the weekday or weekend batch.
If you are finishing a degree, Video Editing is a short route from graduation to a job application with something to show. Enter placement season with project work in hand instead of a blank CV.
The weekend and evening batches exist for people already earning. Career switchers typically become interview-ready within five to six months without leaving their current job.
Owners take Video Editing to stop outsourcing work they cannot judge for themselves. Freelancers take it to bill clients beyond Chandigarh, since a remote skill is not limited by location.
A gap on the CV counts for less than work you can point at. The course starts at zero and finishes with a portfolio and a documented internship letter — what an interviewer actually asks about after a break.
If free videos left you with notes but nothing finished, what changes here is a trainer who reviews what you built this week, and a deadline attached to every module.
Everything below is installed on the lab machines and used on live work, not shown once in a slide and forgotten.
Complete the course with a portfolio of live projects and receive an industry-recognised certificate, plus a documented internship letter.
Industry certificate
Verifiable online, issued on completion of your assessment and project.
Internship letter
Issued for real client work you contributed to — not for attendance.
Live client projects
Actual briefs with deadlines, reviews and a deployment at the end.
Doubt-clearing sessions
Scheduled weekly, plus open lab hours whenever a trainer is on the floor.

Video Editing is taught everywhere, which is exactly why the differences matter. These are the things worth asking before you enrol in any programme, including this one.
